Secondary
Making the transition from elementary to secondary school, as well as secondary to post-secondary, can be exciting, challenging and yet at the same time a little stressful. The purpose of what is available through this information is to help students feel more comfortable and confident about entering and leaving secondary school by addressing many of the questions and concerns they face when making the transition.
