Financial literacy is a vital life skill. JA Canada joined us today to get our students thinking about budgeting, debt, credit cards, and digital security.
The more you know, the farther you’ll go!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting event at Confederation Central Public School! On Friday, February 14th, we will be hosting a Cake Raffle, and we need your support to make it a sweet success. All funds raised during this event will go directly towards supporting the Grade 8 year-end trip to Muskoka Woods and Graduation, helping to create lasting memories for our graduating students.
We invite parents, guardians, students, grandparents, alumni, and anyone in our school community to participate by donating cakes, cupcakes, candy cakes, or other cake-like creations. Whether homemade or store-bought, we encourage you to get creative! Please ensure that all donations are nut-free to ensure the safety of our students with life-threatening allergies.
Here’s how you can contribute:
• Drop-off Date and Time: Friday, February 14th, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
• Drop-off Location: The front entrance of Confederation Central Public School.
• Volunteers Needed: Parent volunteers will be on hand to receive donations, but we’d love additional help—please let us know if you can assist!
At the end of the school day, students who win cakes or cupcakes during the event will take their treats home to share and enjoy with their families.
Your generosity will not only bring smiles to our students but also help ensure that our Grade 8 students have an incredible experience at Muskoka Woods.
If you would like to donate a cake or volunteer, please complete the form below.
