9) Our wisdom quote of the week comes from an Eagle named Amber. It's a Spanish proverb. It's about Respect. Here goes, If you want respect, start with respecting yourself. Again, if you want respect, start with respecting yourself. Hard to give respect, if you can't start there. (Mr. Tichenoff)
10) Today is a local favourite around those parts. Today is March 4th and it's Shrove Tuesday. You may know it as Fat Tuesday, or Pancake Tuesday. Churches, Legions, Service Halls across Ontario, Canada and beyond will be serving Pancakes for supper tonight. Maple syrup, sausages, unlimited pancakes, a good price, family, friends. This marks the unofficial start of East. Ask around, look online, and support Pancake Tuesday events. (Mr. Tichenoff)
